Any woman is eligible for membership who is at least 18 years of age and who is lineally descended from a man or woman who, with unfailing loyalty aided in the cause of American Independence.  A prospective member must be able to prove her lineage back to an ancestor who served the American cause during the American Revolution.  Please refer to the NSDAR for complete eligibility requirements and application forms.
